个人简介:教授、博士生导师、高层次引进人才、江苏省特聘教授。中国科学技术大学生物学本科,中国科学院计算生物学博士,美国哥伦比亚大学及费城儿童医院博士后。主要从事基于多组学大数据的计算生物学研究,代表性研究成果发表于《nature》、《ajhg》、《cell discovery》等国际知名期刊杂志上,文章总引用率超过1500次。当前主要从事基于多组学大数据的衰老相关基因调控机理研究及抗衰老药物开发。现任江苏省生物信息学专委会委员,江苏省免疫学会基础免疫专委会委员,南通市医学信息学会常务理事。
